In Japan, this Charizard Japanese Illustrator Grand Prix Promo card was released as one of the S-P Promotional Cards and was given away to customers who purchased at least five booster packs from participating Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores, as well as the Pokémon Center Online starting October 23, 2020.
